there has been NO light in the Hostels of the Federal University of Technology Owerri due to the thunder storm that striked few days ago causing damage to the power supply. It's a shocking news that students in hostels now struggles to charge their mobile phones, laptops and rechargeable Lantern where ever they came in little contact with light.
